Calling All Parents!
We still need your help in lots of ways:
1. Solicit Donations
Do you know the owner of a local business? You can contribute to the fundraiser in a big way by soliciting donations through personal contacts. Heres how.
2. Make a Donation
Do you have a fabulous vacation home or tickets to a sporting event? Or can you provide a service, such as interior design or surfing lessons? Let us know.
3. Volunteer to Help
We need volunteers to help with ticket sales, wrapping auction items, the silent and live auctions, set-up on the event day, and more. Please contact Lauren Wood at dlkwood@comcast.net. or 707-555-1264 and she will find the right job for you (big or small)!

As a non-profit organization, the Brush Creek Nursery School relies on fundraising to meet its financial obligations. Each year, the preschool holds a fundraiser/auction in the Spring, called An Evening in Paradise. It's an exciting, fun-filled event, bringing together preschool parents, their families, friends, alumni and community members to support the Brush Creek Nursery School.
This years' event will be held on Friday, May 16th, 2008 at the Fountain Grove Athletic Club, in Santa Rosa, between 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. Driving instructions for An Evening In Paradise.
- Enjoy gourmet hors d’oeuvres and a wine bar with offerings from some of Sonona Counties best wineries.
- Mingle with other Brush Creek Nursery School parents and teachers.
- Bid on silent auction items from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
- Participate in the live auction at 8:30 pm.

Making a Donation?
All donations are appreciated. Do you have a fabulous vacation home or tickets to a sporting event? Can you provide a service, such as interior design, landscaping, or surfing lessons? Let us know. Does your business have a product that someone can use or would want like wine, furniture, electronics, etc? We can help pick-up and package your donation or help you make your donation idea a reality.
Your generosity provides improvements to the school including updated playground equipment, books, musical instruments, new additions to programs and services, technology upgrades, and other enrichment materials.

Donations should be sent to or dropped off at the Brush Creek Nursery School Office by Tuesday, April 1, 2008. Or we can arrange for pick-up and/or storage of any donated items. If you need help, contact the school office or Lauren Wood at 707-575-5585.
As a sponsor, here are some of the benefits you will enjoy:
- Your business will be featured in an auction catalog distributed to all event attendees.
- Your donation will be displayed on-site at the event and/or promoted on our website.
- Reserved seats and special recognition during the "live" auction.
- Tickets for the event and reserved seats at the VIP table.
- Recognition of your donation in the school's main bulletin board.
- Your company will be included in a list given to all Brush Creek Nursery School families encouraging our school's families to reciprocate and support our supporters!
