STEP 1: Ask!
Ask your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members to support the school with a tax-deductible contribution. Download our solicitation letter to give to prospective donors—it’s a great tool that details the benefits of donating…and it’s already written for your use!
* The fundraising committee will be approaching many of the local businesses, vendors, and restaurants to ask for donations. If you have a personal connection to one of these places, please let us know so that we do not duplicate efforts.

STEP 2: Submit the Donor Form
Once you’ve found a donor, give them the Donor Information form to fill out. This form “seals the deal” with the donor and helps us promote the item and the person or company that supplied it. You can collect the form directly from the donor or have the donor return the form themselves. Completed forms and items can be dropped off directly to the school office.

STEP 3: Collect the Donation
The last step is to make sure we have the donated item and it’s ready for the auction. Donations should be sent to or dropped off t the school office by Tuesday, April 1st. Or we can arrange for pick-up and/or storage of any donated items. If you need help, contact the school office at 707-539-1612 or Lauren Wood at 707-575-5585.
